Stayed here with my boyfriend and everything was good. The staff was good and lovely, I got their full attention. The location was super and incredible, next to the shore, and the biggest town on the island, and had AMAZING views. The breakfast was amazing and satisfactory, with a huge variety of meals.

The location was amazing and wonderful, next to the restaurant inside for dinner, and the local bars and restaurants. The room we booked was brand-new with absolutely breathtaking views. The staff was responsive and really helpful and we would love to return.

Extensive and excellent breakfast with lots of food, exceptional staff. Fairly quiet and luxury rooms, very comfortable stay which was for 5 nights! Away from hustle and bustle, in a remote position. 28 mins by car from the airport.

I spent here 5 beautiful days and will be back. The restaurant had a wide array of excellant meals for breakfast. My suite was luxury, had an extremely comfy bed. Location: the hotel was not far from Duong Dong, quiet, clean gardens and the forest.

During our recent stay at the Shells Resort & Spa, we were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful beachfront location and the cozy yet modern bungalows. The resort grounds were well-maintained and we enjoyed spending time by the pool.
Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the lack of variety in meal choices and some noise in the mornings, overall we had a wonderful experience at the Shells Resort & Spa Phu Quoc. We highly recommend this hotel for a lovely and peaceful retreat by the beach.
